First post of the new year! Whoo hoo! How did I spend the day? Well, I mostly slept through it!
I ended up hanging out with my best buddy. He told me he's leaving on the 15th of January. It still sucks that he doesn't live around here anymore. But hey, we all need to find our way. I'm sure my path will end up leading me somewhere away from those I treasure right now. But I'll deal with that when that time comes. I guess since he left, I realised what a great friend I had in him, he is my best friend. Not another like him in the whole world.
I began to compile my characters and lists of powers for them. I used an idea based on One Piece, however they don't gain powers from Fruit, these characters gain their powers from a shattered sphere that held the powers of the universe. This gives me a large number of concepts to play with as well as characters to create and design.
I also got a copy of the first series of Heroes from a friend. I watched it all. I was up until about 8am. Such a good show. I love it.
Lesson - Don't go to bed at 8am.
Especially if you have work.
